Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the item you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Handbag
Securely place the handbag in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware covers are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
